Makes approximately one cup.
- 4 cups loosely packed nettle tops and leaves
- 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, pecans, or toasted sunflower seeds)
- 3+ cloves of fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Blend ingredients together until smooth. Serve with pasta, zucchini noodles, or use as a sauce for homemade pizza!
