Nettle Smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh nettle leaves and tops
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk of your choice (almond or sunflower seed milks are my favorite)
Directions
Using gloved hands, add nettle leaves along with other ingredients to blender and blend until smooth for a delicious, refreshing, and very nutritious take on a green smoothie.
