- 2 hearty handfuls of nettle leaves
- 8 ounces of hot water
- 8 ounces of soda water
- 2 limes
- Using gloved hands, bruise nettle leaves and infuse in 8 ounces of hot water until cool. Strain and split infusion into two cups with ice.
- Juice limes, then add along with the soda water to the cooled nettle tea. This soda has a light but earthy flavor.
